Can I visit your facility?

How far are you from Schertz, TX?

We're just a short 10 minute drive from Schertz, TX. We’re also close to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Selma, Converse, Marion, and McQueeney.

Do you offer 24-hour access?

We sure do. Each customer is given a unique code. You will be able to use your space at any hour of the day.

Is there drive-up access?

Yes! This feature is especially helpful for those who plan on loading and unloading their items in a quick, but comfortable fashion. By allowing you to park in front of its door, a drive-up storage unit gives you the necessary room you need.

Can I store a big trailer here?

Yes! Right now our max length is 45’. Our indoor & outdoor vehicle/boat/RV parking units come in a variety of sizes, allowing you to choose the best solution according to the vehicles you own. Store your trailer, truck, boat, camper, or car here with us.

What discounts do you offer?

For first responders and military families who need storage, we are always offer 10% off. Additionally, we offer discounts for advance payment in either 6 or 12 months. Contact us to start your affordable experience!

Is there a minimum lease term?

Yes, our minimum lease term is for one month. After that, rentals renew on a month to month basis.

What fees are required to start renting?

At Whatever Storage there are never any hidden fees. Upon renting a unit, you are only required to fulfill and pay for the minimum lease term (30 days).

How much notice is required to move out?

We require 10 day written notice to terminate a rental agreement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

What types of vehicles can be stored?

We accommodate boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and trailers. At this time we are not accepting tractor trailers, pods, or other types of metal shipping containers.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. Whatever Boat & RV Storage does not insure the customer's vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all units.

What type of security do you offer?

Our security features offer a number of benefits to our tenants, such as 24 hour cloud based video surveillance, coded security gate, perimeter fencing, and more.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
